Woman Injured During Sexy Times on Biz Trip Gets Workers' Comp

In Australia an unnamed woman who works for ComCare (a govt health care agency) has won a judgement in her favor to receive compensation for when she was out of work due to a sexual injury.  She was seeking compensation for facial and psychological injuries...

Psychological?  Yowza!  You don't want psychological sexual injuries!  Shit is NOOO GOOD!

The woman's fuckbuddy "companion" says that the couple was "going hard" during sex when a light fixture suddenly fell on them.  Lol - I can't!

The court concluded that if the plaintiff had been "injured while playing a game of cards in her motel room she would have been entitled to compensation."  This overturned an earlier ruling that denied the claim based on the fact that sex is not an "ordinary incident of an overnight stay like showering, sleeping, eating."

I can appreciate they were enjoying themselves and "going hard", but maybe next time - try not to go so hard...If light fixtures be fallin' down, it may be a little too much.  ;)
