I knew this was going to be ugly...
Al Jazeera has done a pretty extensive report on the effects of the 2010 BP oil spill on sealife in the gulf and shit is not cute!
Here's just a few of the deformities that have been discovered post oil spill:
- Shrimp with tumors on their heads
- Shrimp without eyes
- Shrimp with babies still attached to them (How damn disgusting is that?!?)
- Fish without eye sockets
- One clawed crabs
- Crabs with holes in their shells
- Crabs that are dying from within
Um, holy effing shit! Eyeless shrimp...crabs that are dying from within...head tumors??? Get the hell outta here!
This does NOT bode well for Red Lobster...
