Jimmy Flynt has filed a $20 million lawsuit against his porn hustling bro for wrongful dismissal from the magazine empire. Larry's rep says the suit is "baseless" and insists the claims have already been rejected by two different judges.
"While Mr. Flynt has tried to help Jimmy for many years, Jimmy has always acknowledged that he was merely an at-will employee for Mr. Flynt. It is disappointing, though not surprising, that Jimmy has rewarded Mr. Flynt's generosity with frivolous litigation. Mr. Flynt looks forward to fully and finally defeating Jimmy's claims so that he can return his attention to more important efforts."

I love Larry Flynt! I'm actually a huge fan of the man behind the mag. He was even one of the first people I followed on twitter. I'm a fan moreso for his anti-censorship agenda and free rights work (I'm a dainty chick who doesn't look at porn) but nonetheless I prob know almost everything about the guy.
According to ALL sources he HAS been nothing but gracious and generous to his idiot brother and word on the street is the job he is suing over was mainly posturing and bullshit. Nepatism at it's finest.

Fun Fact: My favorite actor Woody Harrelson played Larry in The People Versus Larry Flynt and Woody's real life brother Brett played Jimmy.
