I'm taking this with a grain of salt though because it's from The Enquirer and they suck ASS when it comes to living in reality so you prob should too until it comes from a more credible site.
The smutrag is reporting that "Kim's first husband Daniel Dominic Toce, the father of her two daughters, is behind bars in a Connecticut state prison after pleading guilty to molesting a 15-year-old." Note: He's actually only Brielle's father - dumbass reporter.
They go on to say that Kim Z is "sick to her stomach" citing an unnamed source (ugh - I hate it when they do that!) and is now fighting to keep both her kids away from the alleged jackass. Toce was supposedly sentenced to 10 years for the crime and Kim is looking to terminate ALL his parental rights. She just started filming the new season of the reality favorite, The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
