The futuristic kicks (Nike Air Mags) that Marty McFly rocked in the old school flick are being sold by Nike - but only 1500 pairs will be made. The shoe contains an LED panel and is fully rechargeable, with each charge lasting 5 hours.
So. Awesome.
The first pair sold at auction for $37500 and the rest will be available on eBay. All proceeds will go to Michael J. Fox's Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
As a big fan of the movie, I studied the sucker when I took film and love the entire series, but I always wondered...Why the hell did George McFly hire that dude Biff to clean his cars when he tried to rape his wife in high school? Who does that? That's messed up, right???
