Check Out Bethenny Frankel's New Crib - UPDATED With the Final Renovations

This last year has just been a bed of Skinnygirl roses for the $100 million businesswoman and now she's movin' on up, yo!   

Frankel, her perfect husband Jason Hoppy (swoon!) and little one-year-old Bryn have just bought a more than 3000 square foot, 4 bedroom, $4.995 million crib at 195 Hudson Street in TriBeCa (according to The NY Post) and shit is no joke!

Best known for being the location where Jay-Z put a ring on it and married Beyonce - the 7-floor, 28 unit apartment building boasts ultra-private parking with an elevator going directly from the garage to your floor and is quoted as being "...all about privacy," according to brokerbabble.com. 

Check out this sick loft (Note: This is not Bethenny's apartment but a recently renovated 2 bedroom loft in the building.)

No word yet on if a Housewives housewarming is in the cards...
