Did Kim Kardashian Cheat on Kris Humphries???

NFL player Bret Lockett says she did!

This Bret dude told In Touch Weekly and TMZ he tapped that ass and had an affair with Kim "It's all about me" Kardashian while she was engaged to/dating Humphries.  Kim has since threatened to sue Lockett and In Touch Weekly for defamation.  She told EOnline that, "This is absolutely not true.  I have no idea who this person is." 

On her blog she heated things up even more by saying, "I knew when I got engaged that rumors and false stories were going to start, but this is RIDICULOUS!!!!  This guy should be ashamed of himself. Calling up a magazine and making up an entirely fake story in a sad attempt to ruin my relationship!?!?! It's just shameful and this guy should feel ashamed and humiliated. Is this your pathetic attempt for attention?  I'll be damned if anyone, especially some loser I've never even met, is going to try to come between Kris and me...The tabloids and weekly magazines will do ANYTHING to sell copies, and in this case they decided to run a false story, knowing they had absolutely no proof that it was real. It's disgusting, and I will be taking legal action against InTouch magazine and Bret Lockett."

Team Kardashian has already shot off a legal letter to In Touch informing them that none of their alleged evidence is valid (they say they have text messages between Kim and Lockett.)

Since the scandal broke TMZ says Lockett is pissed she's denying it and that, "...he has phone records, text messages and very personal cell phone pics of Kim -- and if push comes to shove, he's willing to present the evidence in court."  Oh oh!  Cell phone pics!  Court!  Assholes named Kardashian!!!
