Rosie O'Donnell, who loves jumping fat first into controversy, has chosen to shoot off her big yap about everything Chris Brown.
The great and all powerful Rosie Tweeted that Chris Brown is a "victim" of his own childhood implying that a rough upbringing was to blame for his beating up Rihanna. Wrong! A lot of people have had tough childhoods that involved abuse - doesn't make it okay for them to abuse others!
And it's not like he punched her once, he violently beat her until she could get away from him, and if tabloid reports are right it was over a text message! That's effed up no matter how you want to spin it.
Rosie also said that his haters are racist. Whoa! Where'd that come from?
On her radio show when asked by her executive producer if there could be a racial aspect to the public reaction to Brown's GMA bitchfit, O'Donnell said: "I totally think there is, and I also think it's why he felt he was safer with [GMA anchor] Robin Roberts." Glad he felt safe with her because it was widely reported that the staff at GMA didn't feel so safe with him after his tantrum.
I hate that she played the race card...some of us just don't like to reward violent assholes with record sales, and PS Rosie the only colors we still see are black and blue.
