Mike Starr is Dead at 44

Mike Starr, one of the founding members for Alice in Chains and their original bassist back in the day has died at 44 in his home in Salt Lake City.

The cause of death has not been disclosed yet but he was a hard-partying drug addict most of his life, he was on Celebrity Rehab in 2009 for his drug problems and had a hard time kicking a heroine addiction.

RIP Mike.
