A police report obtained by HollywoodLife.com is telling a tale of Kieffer Delp, the lughead on-again off-again boyfriend of Jenelle Evans of Teen Mom and he has been up to no good! He's been on a diet of booze and drugs and he's spending his free time breaking into Jenelle's house and standing over her while she sleeps! WTF? This guy should get a job! Or a hobby...
Allegedly, Kieffer was at a party at Jenelle's crib and they got into a fight where she told him to peace the fuck out which he did but he came back for some of his clothes later on (this guy has more then one outfit?) Anywho, when he came back Jenelle was all Sleeping Beauty so he broke into the house via the back door and when she woke up he was standing over her watching her sleep!
That is effed up! I would've kicked him in the balls...hard!

According to the police report, he then broke into her car (which to him is the same as a house) and when his brah came to pick him up he apparently dinged the shit outta the back of her crappy ride. Delp claims he can't remember anything and was all apologetic about the ordeal but it's too little too late.
Bunch of weirdos! Can't they find better shit to do with their time? Watch some TV or ride a bike or something!
