Well, he kind of is I guess, as students below were clicking away with their camera phones or Ipads or whatever the newest Apple rip off is this month.
The guy has since been kicked out of his fraternity Kappa Sigma (what a bunch of prudes!). No word on if the girl faced any disciplinary action from the school. But here's a free tip- next time use the damn public bathroom like the rest of your skanky friends. Write that down.
