Why isn't Lindsay in jail, you ask???
I have no fucking clue, I answer.
It's hard to keep up with the exploits of Miss Lohan over the past couple of years because she's had so many of them! Like, holy shit dude, leave some of the taxpayers money for other stuff! No wonder Cali is always broke!
Today's much anticipated hearing involved the theft of that crappy gold necklace and a probation violation stemming from a 2007 drunk driving case. At her hearing last month the judge had said that the hearing today would be her last hurrah...either she takes a plea bargain or he sets the case for trial.
But today's hearing was all sorts of anti-climactic, with the judge giving Lohan one more chance to accept the plea bargain offer. Yeesh, one more chance - that should be her effing name now - One More Fucking Chance Lohan.
Linds will be back in court before Judge Schwartz on March 25, and then she can plead either guilty or no contest to the grand theft charge. Just get this over with already! She's in and out of that damn courtroom so much bitch is gonna break the hinges on the doors.
