Joe was arrested at his home on Friday for some badass shit including Wrongfully Using Identifying Information of Another which is punishable by up to ten years in State prison, and Forgery which is punishable by up to eighteen months in State Prison.
Basically he's fucked...
Remember when Joe was nailed for a DUI last year? Well, the brainiac decided to use his brother's marriage license and birth certificate to obtain a new drivers license, which resulted in the above charges. Apparently, he needed to drive somewhere really effin' bad!
Bail was set at $50,000 with no 10% option but even if there was an option I'm not too sure how these two jerks even have any money anymore...what with that pesky 11 million dollar bankruptcy and all.
I do feel bad for their spoiled little girlies though. These kids have been through enough, dude! Stop breaking the law!
