I'm watching the live feed of Lindsay's stupid probation violation trial and the judge is none too pleased with the former actress.
Instead of throwing her ass in jail for a long period of time though the judge is giving her a deal -
30 days in the slammer (she'll probably only serve 6) and if she does all her community service at the morgue and attends all her psychotherapy sessions (about 4 a month) by March 29th, she's good as gold. The judge also suggested she stop tweeting but said she could not actually enforce her silence on twitter (apparently the morgue doesn't like that she talks about them on the social networking site.) LOL - stupid twitter!
It was basically all that or go to jail today for the 270 days she owes, and Lindsay no like jail!
At the end of the trial the women's center who started the whole mess by dropping her bony ass asked for reimbursement of extra security funds they had to shell out when they thought she was going to actually show up but were denied. But good old Linds forked over the $100 and some bucks in a show of good karma.
Time'll tell if she can get her shit together but I'm thinking she can't...but hey, maybe she's changed.
I did hear her whisper Oh, thank god under her breath when it was over, and I've never heard her be humble before so...
