Lindsay Feels "Beaten Up" - Doesn't Think Jail Time is Fair

Shut up, girl!  That is so stupid!

I watched the live stream of the court case on Wednesday, so I saw the whole dumb tongue lashing that the judge gave the wacktress and I gotta admit, she sat there and took it like a champ!  But it turns out the former movie star is not as calm, cool and collected as she may have appeared in the courtroom.

Director Nathan Folks (some skeevy asshole who's attempting to exploit make a movie with Linds) and who also says he's a "good friend" of the used-to-be-actress, says that she feels beaten up by the store's "publicity stunt" to defame and jail her.

Publicity stunt?  This guy must be smoking the same crack she is.

Actually, if you check out this dude on IMDB it says he hasn't directed shit!  The guy seems like just another one of her hangerson - assuring her it's not her fault while simultaneously figuring out how he can make a buck off her. 

With Lindsay's future in the balance, it looks like it's either plead guilty and take jail time, plead not guilty and go to trial or get off as usual and make a movie where she plays a CIA Agent (not that I think anyone will insure the party girl).  All three options sound like ass to me, but we've already determined this chick sucks at making decisions.

BTW - the skeevy "director" guy insists LiLo won't go to jail and that she will be the next Angelina Jolie when she makes his crappy movie.  Christ!  The next Angelina Jolie???  Good luck with that shit.
