Worst relationship ever!
Back in December we posted this about a tentative ruling that Gretchen would have to pay that scumbag Jay Photoglou $40K in lawyers fees. For some time, Rossi has been embroiled in a protracted lawsuit with ex-boyfriend Jay Photoglou over allegations that he defamed her in the press.
Well, fuck tentative! Today a judge ordered her to pay $40,799.38 in attorney's fees to her slimy ex-boyfriend...ouch! Hope those handbags are sellin'! In the online reviews I read, it seemed as if 80% of people were sending them back! Oh snap... Word also has it that she was already ordered to pay about $24K in a defamation lawsuit against her by Photoglou. This guy better have been the best damn sex of her life because he is costing her a fortune!
Her lawyer told TMZ she has about a week to pay. Sucks to be her right now.
And PS - yes, that is her kissing Jay who she "never had a relationship with" and yes, that is her engagement ring from Jeff "though she only believes in leasing not marriage" she is wearing.
