Nope. Brandon Davis was taken to the clink for possession of a controlled substance and battery - yowza!
Apparently, the dumbass (famous for being an heir to the Davis oil fortune and more importantly for calling Lindsay Lohan a firecrotch on TV) punched that dude from one of my fave shows Chelsea Lately Ben Gleib, and when the cops came he had drugs on him. Way to go, a-hole!
His brother, Jason Davis aka Gummi Bear was also arrested earlier this year for heroine possession and has pled not guilty to the charge that could yield him 3 years in the slammer. Gnarly.
I bet Marvin Davis is rolling over in his oily grave, man! Ungrateful brats!
