Oh good lord! Looks like it's back to court for the litigious reality bubblehead and her arch nemesis Jay Photoglou!
RadarOnline is reporting that, "A bench warrant for the arrest of The Real Housewives of Orange County star Gretchen Rossi was ordered by a judge on Thursday" and that "A process server declared that he tracked down Gretchen and her boyfriend Slade Smiley to a Palm Springs hotel to serve her with the papers, and he videotaped the successful encounter."
Well that sucks.
She's been duking it out in court with Photoglou since around season 5 and the two just will not back down! Apparently she was unable to make a court appearance because she and Slade were in Vegas sucking up air.
The documents Radar has say that when the process server gave the docs to Gretchen she said "Can you believe these fucking people?"
She showed the judge her boobs or something though and he gave her a break, extending the warrant until Sept. 15th, so if she get's her bony ass to court before then the warrant will cease to exist.
Just give it up dude! We've all seen the pics of you with the dude when you were with Jeff...you're the only one who believes your own lies at this point...well you and Tubba Wubba. But let's be real - he doesn't really count.
