TMZ chimed in saying Lindsay was tested twice last week "...and tested positive for alcohol on one of the tests and negative on the other. In both tests, she tested negative for drugs. One of the tests was administered just after Lindsay had a rooftop barbecue party."

Apparently now the L.A. County Probation Department will ask the Judge to take her out of house arrest and throw her bony ass in L.A. County Jail.

UPDATE 24/06/2011: Nothing happened! Stupid justice! So yeah, there's not much to update really because teflon Lohan managed to show her tittays to the right person for her freedom or something because she is back home to continue
