Edwin Tobergta was arrested after he was found humping a pink plastic raft in an alleyway behind a dumpster. Like, whatever you want to do, buddy - but if you could keep that shit holed up in your apartment or something - that'd be great.
When cops saw him humping away they yelled at him to stop, which he did, but then he took off, taking his raft girlfriend with him. Police caught up with him at his home where he apparently pleaded for help and cried because he was sad to be separated from the raft. AWWW!
His gram gram says, "He has a lot of mental problems and he's always had a fascination for plastic. That's just it. That's all of it. That's all of it. We never could get the proper care for Edwin. It's like nobody cares."
I care, gram gram!!! I hope the poor guy gets some help - seems like this isn't just some perv who gets off on ridin' rafts in alleys - sounds like he has some gnarly issues.
